Nope, not compatible.
Not with a G4. Intel-based Macs can boot Windows with Boot Camp, but not the G4 series. You can try using Virtual PC (free download from microsoft.com), VMWare or Parallels to create a virtual Windows machine within your Mac. You’ll need a copy of Windows, and you install it on the virtual machine. That’s the closest you can get with that chip.
